Our company has its own automatic feeder for ferrous-molybdenum catalyst.

Proper loading of the catalyst is the key to efficient and stable synthesis of formaldehyde. It affects methanol conversion, selectivity, catalyst life, and total operating costs. Catalyst performance, process conditions and reactor design shall be taken into account to improve the loading.

All the activities of our experts (from design of the catalyst systems to loading) will keep the product warranty in force in accordance with the parameters provided by the Manufacturer.
